piCture pOlish ‘Voodoo’
Hello.
I’ve been absent lately, and I’m afraid the swatches will remain a little infrequent for a while longer. There’s a few exciting things going on in my little world of nail polish that I’m dying to share with you, but I hope for the mean time that the odd little post will suffice. Today I have ‘Voodoo’ by piCture pOlish, a dark maroon with gold and deep red shimmer, that on me seems to lean more towards the brown end of crimson. Now, I don’t like brown as a general rule, but thankfully this is still crimson enough that it’s more vampy than chocolatey and I really quite like it!

Again this is a lovely complex shade from piCture pOlish and one of the best in terms of formula that I’ve ever tried from them. It’s incredibly smooth and the perfect consistency. A single coat was almost enough but I used two here to get a dense coverage. Like I said, anything vaguely brown doesn’t normally appeal to me but I’m completely won over by the dark, vampy base and the complex shimmers and flecks.
